Venturing into International Markets: The recipe for Success
When the domestic markets are saturated or there is a viable opportunity abroad, companies try to explore the possibility of going international. At times they want to go to specific countries looking out for a higher growth rate in profits. In a highly dynamic and volatile international business environment it is important to do proper homework before a company leaps into the international arena. It involves a detailed understanding of the business environment in the target country; understanding the methodology to select a particular country to do business with; identification of a mode of entry; product selection; understanding the support provided by the government and managing competition in the host market. If an organization has a clear understanding of the above aspects, it become a recipe of success for its international ventures.
Objective
This programme on Venturing into international markets is for the managers of all those organisations who are looking forward to enter into international markets. These organisations at times have products, services or technologies but are not clear about how to go international or target a particular country for business. This program is designed for large and small companies both who want to explore the internationalization option. It aims at developing entry strategies for international markets by developing an understanding of various aspects of international business; reaching out to international markets and develop a comprehensive strategy for its internationalization. It can also be beneficial to those organisations who want to assess their current portfolio of international presence. After going through this programme, the participants will develop practical understanding of how to approach international markets, what are the qualities required in a international manager that enable them become successful in their international forays.

Venue & Duration
The programme is scheduled during August 20-22, 2025 on a residential basis at MDI Campus, Mehrauli Road, Sukhrali, Gurugram. Accommodation for participants would be available at MDI Campus from the noon of August 19, 2025, to the forenoon of August 23, 2025.
Registration & Fees
Participants should be nominated by their organizations. The enclosed nomination form should be completed and returned with all the details. The fee of the program is Rs. 45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand only) per participant which includes a professional fee and all charges for boarding, lodging and supply of course materials during the programme. GST as applicable will be charged extra in addition to the programme fee. Payment should be made by Cheque/NEFT/RTGS.
Discount Policy
With a view to our long-term relationship with your esteemed organization, we are pleased to introduce the discount policy in this programme. The discount will be observed in the following conditions: (discount is applicable in NEPAL also)
• 10% Discount against 3-5 nominations
• 20% Discount against more than 5 nominations
Important Dates
The last date for receipt of nominations is August 06, 2025.The last date for withdrawal of nominations is August 07, 2025. Any withdrawal received after this date will be subject to deduction as per the Institute’s rules. However, substitution may be permitted.
Nominating organizations are advised to await confirmation of acceptance of nominations(s) before sending the participants to the programme venue.
