Management Control and Metrics of Organizational Performance

The Performance Management System (PMS) is an integral part of strategy execution through planning and control. PMS needs to be aligned when strategic shifts are made in response to the external and internal environmental factors. The managers need to track organizational performance on a continuous basis from a variety of perspectives to increase the probability that the organization is moving in the intended direction within relevant parameters.

Objectives

This programme is designed to provide knowledge, insights and analytical skills related to how managers design and implement ongoing formal systems to plan and control the organization’s performance. It provides the foundations, frameworks, and tools to monitor organizational performance with a holistic perspective. The approach is to evaluate how the different parts of the organization are contributing to performance not just on a lagged basis but also on a leading basis so that the organization can be better matched to the markets that it serves.

Who should attend?

Members of the top management and very senior functional/domain heads who lead their functions through strategy formulation and execution in various functional areas of operations, production, quality control, marketing, HR, accounting, costing, corporate finance, etc.
This programme is also recommended for HR heads who are involved in designing/implementing performance appraisal systems and compensation structure.

Venue & Duration

The programme is scheduled during July 14-16, 2025 on a residential basis at MDI Campus, Mehrauli Road, Sukhrali, Gurugram. Accommodation for participants would be available at MDI Campus from the noon of July 13, 2025, to the forenoon of July 17, 2025.

Registration & Fees

Participants should be nominated by their organizations. The enclosed nomination form should be completed and returned with all the details. The fee of the program is Rs. 42,500/- (Rupees Forty Two Thousand Five only) per participant which includes a professional fee and all charges for boarding, lodging and supply of course materials during the programme. GST as applicable will be charged extra in addition to the programme fee. Payment should be made by Cheque/NEFT/RTGS.

Discount Policy
With a view to our long-term relationship with your esteemed organization, we are pleased to introduce the discount policy in this programme. The discount will be observed in the following conditions: (discount is applicable in NEPAL also)
• 10% Discount against 3-5 nominations
• 20% Discount against more than 5 nominations

 

Important Dates

The last date for receipt of nominations is June 30, 2025. The last date for withdrawal of nominations is July 01, 2025. Any withdrawal received after this date will be subject to deduction as per the Institute’s rules. However, substitution may be permitted.
Nominating organizations are advised to await confirmation of acceptance of nominations(s) before sending the participants to the programme venue.
