January 27, 2024 will always remain a special milestone as we celebrated the first Foundation Day of the PGDM Online Programme. January 27, 2023, was the day when the first-ever batch of PGDM Online was started. The second batch of PGDM Online commenced on 27th August 2023.
With much pride and warmth, MDI Gurgaon welcomed its third Batch of Post Graduate Diploma in Management Online Programme on 27th January, 2024.
The Foundation Day and Inaugural event was graced by distinguished Chief Guest Shri Vinay Ranjan (Director Personnel & Industrial Relations, Coal India Ltd.), Honourable Guest Shri Vijay Sinha (CHRO, Adani Power), Shri Anish Ji (Saadho Sanga Foundation), Shri V.K. Singh (CEO, Power Sector Skill Council) and Shri Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra (Former Director, HR, IOCL).
The auspicious lamp was lit and Prof. Ajay K. Jain (Dean-PGDM Online) graciously welcomed and introduced our esteemed Guests
The gathering was then addressed by respected Director MDI-Gurgaon Prof. Arvind Sahay.
Honourable Shri Vinay Ranjan enlightened the audience as he delved into the connection between spirituality and leadership, drawing from his vast experiences in creating harmony in challenging workplace scenarios. He emphasized on the power of self-belief, self-realization, and the strength gained by shedding ego.
Following this, the event featured the address by Shri Vijay Sinha and a captivating discourse by Shri Anish Ji, with Shri Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra, as the facilitator. Shri Anish Ji eloquently discussed the role of spirituality in management, highlighting the importance of being honest, fearless, and truthful.
The occasion was adeptly felicitated by Prof. Narain Gupta (Lead Faculty - PGDM Online) and concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Prof. Anshul Jain (Faculty In-charge, PGDM Online).
