MDI Gurgaon and Headquarter Army Training Command (HQ ARTRAC), Shimla recently signed the first-of-its-kind Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for conduct of Management Development Programmes (MDPs) for Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs)/ or from All Arms & Services & NCOs/ or from AEC of the Indian Army for the years 2024-25, 2025-26 & 2026-27 under the aegis of Army Management Studies Board (AMSB). The MoU was signed by Lt Gen Manjinder Singh (General Officer Commanding-in-Chief – ARTRAC) and Prof. Arvind Sahay (Director, MDI Gurgaon).
The MDP Programs will center around the theme of ‘Leadership & Financial Management’.
