Veeresh Sharma is a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University. He started his carrier with W Jacks & Co. London, UK, in 1980. His last assignment was as Vice President (International Operations), BSky BV, Amsterdam, Netherlands. He started his own consultancy operations in 1990 at Vienna, Austria. He has done consultancy in more than 45 countries of Europe, North America, North Africa, Middle East and Far East for more than 50 corporations, including some of the Fortune 500 companies like 3M, DuPont, JC Penny, Gap, etc. He relocated his office to India in 1995.

He moved to academics in 2012 and has been professor of strategy and dean academics at MDI Gurgaon. He has taught courses at FMS, Delhi University, IIM Raipur, IIM Jammu, IIM Shillong and IIM Rohtak.

He has conducted management development programmes for large number of corporates in India and abroad. Currently he is an adjunct faculty at MDI Gurgaon.
