Dr. Radha R. Sharma is Raman Munjal (Hero MotoCorp) Chair Professor & Professor of Organizational Behaviour, human resource development and industrial and organisational psychology at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India. She has been ICCR Chair Professor at HHL Graduate School of Management, Germany for 2013-14, and visiting/guest professor to ESCP-Europe (Italy), International University Schloss  Reichartshausen, European Business School, Germany; Leipzig University; Wittenberg Centre for Global Ethics; Czech University of Life Sciences, Humanistic Management Network and University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, among others.

She is Ambassador for India for HR Division of Academy of Management (USA); a Member of International Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organisations¸ USA; Chair, International Theme Committee, Academy of Management, USA. In the five year ITC leadership role she has been Chair, Emerald Best International Dissertation Award; Chair, Emerald Best International Symposium Award; Carolyn Dexter Award; and PTC-ITC International Impactful Collaboration Award. She also served on OB Web International Members’ Committee.

She has qualified GCPCL from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA; Advanced Professional Certification in MBTI from Association of Personality Type¸ USA; Certification in Emotional Intelligence Testing from FEIL & EI Learning Systems, USA; Sustainability Mindset from LEAP & PRME, an initiative of UN Global Compact, and internship in sensitivity training (T lab) from Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Sciences. She has Masters and Ph.D. in Psychology from Banaras Hindu University and has completed certificate courses in Business and Social Responsibility from British Council and New Academy of Business¸ UK., and The World Bank Institute.

Experience:

Dr. Sharma has about four decades of experience of teaching¸ research¸ academic administration, management development¸ consultancy and psychometric testing in India¸ Germany, Italy, Indonesia, Nepal and UAE. She teaches the following courses in MBA¸ HRM, International MBA, consortium MBA, executive MBA, and Ph.D. programmes viz., Organisational Behaviour; Management Skills for International Business, Leadership for Innovation & Change,  Psychology & Management; Leadership & Managerial Effectiveness,  Leadership & Emotional Intelligence; Psychometric Testing & Case Study Research; Intercultural Skills; International Management Competencies; Advances in Organisational Change and Transformation; Spirituality and Human Behaviour; Emotional Intelligence and Psychometric Testing & Measurement. She has been a visiting/guest Professor to various universities and business schools in Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Czech Republic. She has successfully guided many Ph.D. dissertations and has been Ph. D. examiner for leading universities/ institutions.
