For promoting qualitative research, publication and managerial trend, MDI publishes a reviewed journal, Vision – the Journal of Business Perspective.
Changing management scenario and advent of digital economy necessitated a management journal to cater to the needs of management scholars, business leaders and practicing managers. Vision is an academic journal that provides an integrative view of management thinking, empirical research studies and management practice in the Indian and global context and aims at bringing together academicians and practicing managers. This journal publishes papers that advance knowledge through research on contemporary management issues and the cases in functional areas of marketing, finance, human resource management, human behaviour, operations management, information technology, general management and et al besides macro issues of globalization, regional trade and investment.
Vision is a scholastic platform to share ideas, nourish and promote the culture of academic and industrial research and generate meaningful debates. Its objective is to guide the scholars to re-search and debate various dimensions of individual management issues, ideas or cases where there is scope for more work. This quarterly journal invites and attracts best quality papers from all parts of the globe and reaches to wide variety of readers. This journal is a knowledge pool with wide international exposure that helps explore its own specialized point of view before the think tanks of varied disciplines.
The journal maintains balance between purely research-oriented papers and those based on management practices. To universalise the message of high quality management research and for its wider reach the contents of every issue of Vision are indexed on the EBSCO database.
One of its four issues every year is devoted to the research papers on a topical theme. This quarterly journal is published every year in January-March, April-June, July-September and October-December.
