Gurgaon is a part of the National Capital region of Delhi. The Domestic and International airports are located at Delhi and are about 20 kms from MDI. MDI is well connected by road.

MDI will assist in arranging accommodation to all participants/paper presenters, whether at MDI guest houses or outside. MDI guest hoses can be arranged at minimal charges on first come first served basis.
