The Institute conducts specially designed executive development programmes for executive trainees, junior, middle and senior level managers of different organisations. Such programmes involve extensive study of the client organisation, preparation of specific teaching materials and cases towards the development of a customised course design to suit the needs of each organisation. The programmes, which are of short as well as long duration, attempt to upgrade the skills of participants and also to help the organisation in developing a culture conducive to organisational excellence.
